Cookies are a Persian invention with a Dutch name and cousins all over the world. There's and art and science to undestanding, well, what makes a good cookie crumble.
This workshop will measure, mix, mold, cut, drop, extrude, bake and decorate sweet (and not so sweet) treats. Learn traditional recipes. Experiment with chemistry and design. Take a generous gift box of your work home to share. (Finally, something that parents won't trip over!)
